Strategic Priorities for the Parish

 

We seek the renewal of our own lives

through a program of education and support

 

We seek to welcome others into our

Christian Community through a style of

worship that is fully inclusive

 

 We seek to reach out so as to put

St.Peter's at the heart of the local community

so as to transform that community

 

We seek to improve our financial situation

by challenging people to take Christian giving

seriously as a matter of discipleship

In February 2006

we had a Parish Conference on the theme

Dreaming God's Dream

in which we looked to the future

and identified our priorities

 

Four areas of vision arose through that Conference

and subsequent discussions in the PCC

 

A strategy group was set up for each of the first three areas of vision and the Finance Committee was given the

fourth area to work on
